Sewer line repair in Sammamish and the Eastside, trenchless where it makes sense
Most sewer problems are one bad section — a root-cracked joint, a belly, an offset where the yard settled. A camera finds it, a locator marks it, and often a spot repair or a liner through that section fixes it without digging up the driveway. Full trenchless replacement is for lines that are failing end to end.
What we handle
- Camera inspection and locating
- Spot repairs (one dig, one section)
- Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining
- Pipe bursting for full replacement
- Side sewer permits and city inspection
- Cleanout installation
- Orangeburg and clay line replacement
- Real-estate sewer scopes
Spot repair first
If the camera shows one failed joint at 38 feet, we dig one hole at 38 feet. It is a fraction of the cost of a full replacement and, done right, it is permanent.
When trenchless earns its cost
Multiple cracks, roots at every joint, or a line under a driveway or mature tree. A liner is a new epoxy pipe cured inside the old one, rated for 50 years, with our 25-year transferable warranty. Pipe bursting pulls a new HDPE line through while fracturing the old — used when the old pipe is too collapsed to line.
Questions we get
Is trenchless allowed in Sammamish and the Eastside?
Yes. Sammamish and the Eastside side-sewer permits cover both lining and pipe bursting; we pull the permit and schedule the inspection.
How long does a liner last?
Rated 50 years. Our warranty is 25 years and transfers with the house.
