Drain cleaning in Sammamish and the Eastside, from a slow tub to roots in the main line

A slow bathroom sink is a 30-minute service call. A kitchen line that backs up every few months is grease, and cabling only pokes a hole through it. A main line that gurgles after a rain is roots. We match the tool to the problem and run a camera afterward so you are not paying for the same clog twice.

Call (206) 660-7606Flat rate per drain. Jetting and camera priced as a package.

What we handle

  • Bathroom sink, tub, and shower drains
  • Kitchen line grease clogs
  • Toilet clogs and auger service
  • Main sewer line cabling
  • Hydro-jetting (4,000 psi) for grease, scale, and roots
  • Sewer camera inspection with emailed video
  • Floor drain and laundry standpipe backups
  • Root intrusion in clay and concrete side sewers

Cable vs. jetter

A cable machine clears the blockage in front of it and is right for hair, a toy, a one-time clog. A hydro-jetter scours the entire pipe wall back to bare pipe, which is what recurring grease and root problems need. We start with the cheaper tool when it will actually hold.

Why we camera after

Because "the water went down" is not the same as "the pipe is clear." A camera pass shows bellies, offsets, cracked clay, or an Orangeburg line that is about to collapse. You get the video. If there is a real defect, that is where trenchless repair comes in — but you decide with the footage in hand.

Questions we get

Will jetting damage old pipes?

We camera first and set pressure to the pipe material. Badly cracked clay or Orangeburg gets lining, not jetting.

How often should I jet a main line with roots?

Every 12–18 months as maintenance until you are ready to line it. Lining ends the cycle.
